pool cleaners
 + -1 moreThe remediation work was only so-so, but I kept thinking if I retained them to do the weekly work the quality would improve, but I was wrong. Getting a worker to the property when they said they would be there was a constant struggle, and I would never get a call saying they'd been delayed. If I had not been on the verge of selling the property I would have changed companies (the escrow kept getting extended). The final blow was finding out they had not installed the pumps according to code, and I had to pay an electrician to fix this before I could sell the property. Several phone calls to Edgewater to come fix the pumps themselves went unanswered. Also they promised to send me the warranty information on the pumps so I could pass that to the new owner but this never came. Finally, since I could not get anyone to talk to me, I left voicemails warning them not to bill me for the last month's service, and they did not.
Description of Work: Edgewater was hired to remediate problems with a pool that was left untreated (over-run with algae) by the tenant who vacated a townhouse I then owned. Also I had to have two pool pumps replaced. Then I hired Edgewater to do weekly, top-of-the-line service the maintain the pool while the townhouse was up for sale.
