EASY CLEAN CARPET

On the day of the appointment we waited for a call to let us know they where on the way. At around 2:50 pm we called them to see what was going on. The person told us the one doing our cleaning was still working on a job and we would be next up. So we waited and waited and waited! We called every half hour tell 6pm. We heard all kinds of excuses and where even asked if we wanted to have it done the next day instead, we said no, everything had been put up so the carpet could be done! A little after 6pm we where finally told the guy was on his way, when we complaind about the lateness and how we had waited all day and had to forget our other errands for the day, the guy at the office said..." Sh*t happens, he is on his way now"...This is not how a professional person speaks to a customer!!
After a while longer the actual person doing the cleaning called to get directions, he got here a half an hour later. He was pleasant, he treated the carpets and cleaned them. He was even speedy getting the job done in under an hour. The carpet was wet of course, so he told us not to turn on the heater or place the items back on the carpet tell it was dry, it should be dry by morning...It was still damp on Sunday. Except for 2 spots that did not come out the carpet looked and smelled great when he was done...But when it dryed you could see light stains on the carpet, where the heavy stains once where.
We will never use these guys again!

I have to say that they did an okay job. I was not fully satisfied with the work performed by this company on the cleaning of my carpet. The price was kind of expensive in comparison to the work they had to do. I would not hire them again.

I HAD TO FIND A CARPET CLEANER ON SHORT NOTICE WHEN I MOVED IN. THEY WERE ABLE SCHEDULE ME, AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING AND STRETCHING THE LOOSE SPOTS IN THE CARPET.
