Went great and timely for my schedule. Did everything I wanted and in the timeframe agreed upon. That doesn't always happen with others I've worked with.

He sent me photographs and dropped off a sample of stone. The stone worked beautifully with the cabinets and the sink vessel. However, because the sample was so small, we never noticed that it did not complement the color of the Italian tile on the walls. So someday this will need to be redone a third time. I wish the contractor would have pointed that out to me as I was not home when he installed the counter top and I would have stopped the install. But it is also probably not his responsibility to ensure that the stone he installs looks right either. That would probably have been my husband's. :)

Dietz Stoneworks, Inc. did an excellent job from start to finish installing granite in my kitchen. Josh was quick to deliver a bid via e-mail with my submitted kitchen design plans. When I had questions, he was very easy to talk to over the phone. He gave an estimate. When I proceeded to accept the bid, he quickly scheduled a template appointment within the next week. The day he templated, he rearranged his schedule to meet me at the slab yard to lay the templates on the granite slabs. The entire process went very smoothly. He took the time to explain the most pleasing way to follow the pattern and grain formation of the granite to match seams and fit unique patterns and shapes to my counters. He was so efficient in his layout that I have enough for a bathroom vanity. Josh went over and beyond my expectations when I requested if he could complete fabrication and install the job in a week. He and a worker arrived the Friday before Memorial Day and installed the granite in about 4 hours. I am extremely pleased with the entire process. The high quality of his work shows the skills and experience of a professional craftsman who enjoys his work and cares about his customers. He delivered a high quality job without delays or surprises at a very competitive price.
