DEWEY PEST CONTROL

When I signed the contract, they said if i cancel, I will have to pay 30 on the top of first month. This guy shows up only a day notice, and extremely rude, so I have to cancel the service. I called and customer service said. I have to pay $180.00 for cancellation. I will not tolerate. If you sign the contract with this company, watch out!!!

The technician came on his regular day, notified me that he was there, sprayed and left a doorhanger with items checked off.

They were very nice. I fainted at the front door when I was speaking to one of them and he came in the house and helped me. It has nothing to do with their service but he helped me.

I requested automatic deduction, however they deducted the $64.00 prior to providing he service saying that they deducted once a month and that my date of service fell after the automatic payment date. I called and cancelled the automatic deduction. Since I already paid for the service I asked when they would be coming out to spray.
We have two small dogs I must have advance notice so that I can keep the dogs inside. I was told that my scheduled visit was on the 18th of the month and that the tech would call one day prior to coming out. I checked my cell phone and our home phone and did not see any messages. (my cell company delivered the call three days later)
I called on the 18th and they informed me that he did call and left a message saying that he would be at the house on the 18th between 11am and 2 pm. He was there so I can't say anything bad about this company.

We have been using them for years. They are reliable. I can't compare their price with anybody as I have always stayed with them. I think their price is fair. I pay them quarterly and they come whenever I call them. The price depends on the work they do. I will continue to use them. I have been with them for about 20 years and I am very pleased with them.

THEY DO A GOOD JOB AND THEY COME EVERY TIME I NEED THEM. I REALLY LIKE THE WAY THEY TAKE THEIR JOB SERIOUSLY. THEY EVEN CAME BACK A SECOND DAY JUST TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK.

THEY DO GOOD WORK. THEY HAVE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS TO COME OUT ONCE A WEEK AND THEY GET PAID BY THE WEEK. WE HAVE A LOT OF LITTLE ANTS AND BLACK WIDOW SPIDERS IN THIS AREA. I'M SATISFIED WITH THE DEWEY COMPANY'S SERVICE.
