Simone offered some excellent suggestions and some suggestions that although trendy (dyed peacock feathers); just weren't my style. She wasn't offended when I did not like a particular item or color. For example, I wanted a green bedroom and she suggested I paint my master bathroom red. I couldn't live with a red bathroom. She worked with me to find something I liked (i.e. - soft white). Simone did not always know where to get the best prices on items. However, when I pointed out that the rugs she bought me went on sale, she took the receipts back to the store and got me the sales price. Overall, I found her to be easy to work with and prompt to handle any problems. It was clear that her goal was customer satisfaction. I gave her a ''B'' on work quality, due to the problems I experienced with the special-order roman shades (they were 2 ft. too short) and the custom-made window scarf (mysterious black stains on the silk material). She is currently working to correct those issues.
