He was very efficient. An inspector recommends this painter. He says an excellent job and your house will be a standout. Wanted three color shades. I changed one paint to another shade, and the painter was cooperative. He uses premium paints. I needed a hot water heater and he said, once the heater was installed, he'll come back to re-touch the porch. And he came back to do the porch and repainted and retouch (in this month) some several spots. He repaired dryrot and repaired a downpout.
