David Lanni Construction

It was wonderful! I had been trying to get a contractor to do this work for something like 8 months and everyone said it would cost over $20,000 or that they weren't able to do the work. I happened to see this contractor's truck go by so I called him because I was really desperate. He told me after I signed the contract that he had no idea how he was going to do the work but that he liked the challenge. He did an absolutely wonderful job! He was always on time, conscientious and clean. The crew was excellent too and I just can't give enough adjectives to explain how great he was! I would recommend him to anybody. He later told me he was on AL but didn't pursue it.

David's crew started in mid-January.  Every day they showed up on time, worked diligently all day, and cleaned up at the end of the day.  They were always pleasant and professional.  David stopped by most days to check on the day's progress and give us status updates.  He kept subcontractors on schedule, checked the quality of workmanship regularly, and had anything redone that did not meet his strict standards.

We knew we were in good hands when he detected that one of our sink faucets was welded incorrectly at the factory and had it replaced before installation!  

We expanded our scope of work because we felt the quality of work and capabilities of the crew could handle any of the extra projects that we had put on the back burner.  David had anticipated completing our remodel by mid-April; with all of the additional work we asked to be included, they were completely done by May 1.

One month later, David called to see if after living in the house for a while we noticed anything need to be adjusted or tweaked; he would be happy to send a worker by to make any adjustments.  One week later, one of the guys came by and took care of everything on our short list.  We got another call after the one year mark!

We had the best remodel experience you could ask for.  The cost was probably a little higher than we anticipated at the beginning, but you get what you pay for!  Would we use David Lanni Construction again? Absolutely!
