They were knowledgeable. They were fairly priced. It did take a while for them to get back to me. They also had come out when my furnace was not working. The furnace was originally over the house. I had three different people come out and all of them said that I needed a new furnace. Darryl Bailey & Son Heating were the only ones who told me what the problem was and fixed it for me at a nominal price. They were remarkable there. I thought they were honest people. I would use their services in the future also.
