DANAE BAGGS

Dana was there moments before the agreed upon time, much to my delight and gave me ample warning that because of the age of most of the blinds, (I believe original to the house.) there was a risk of damage. However, three years prior they had been cleaned in a similar manner, so I decided to take the risk. Further, as is common in the area, he indicated there were hard water spots that would not be able to be removed. (The house was built in 1956 and has the original windows.) Dana worked hard and in some places that were difficult to reach because of foliage. He also made extra effort to work on the difficult windows. I could not believe the end result! Sparkling windows and clean blinds! Additionally, to my relief, there was no damage observed. because of the situation, it took a little bit longer than originally contemplated, but I appreciated very much his attention and effort to do a good job. He definitely wished to please and excel.
