Dana's Housekeeping Personnel

I had done research to make sure that I was hiring a company that was licensed and bonded, and I ended up going with Dana's Housekeeping Personnel for my services. I went to them because I wanted someone that I thought was reputable, and I felt like they could be trusted. Once I hired them, I had a cleaning lady come out every two weeks. She was doing a good job and I felt comfortable with the work she was performing. Come to find out, she had been stealing from me, starting in January of 2013. I was on a trip, and when I came back, I look for specific piece of jewelry and was unable to find it. Then I happened to start seeing more and more jewelry disappearing. Come February I filed a police report for all of the stolen jewelry. They then arrested the housecleaning lady, who then admitted to stealing all of my jewelry. She was then convicted and sentenced. Come to find out she had a long record of criminal activity. Since then, there has been zero cooperation or reimbursement from Dana's Housecleaning Personnel.

I would be aware of any dealings with this company. I would never recommend this company to an Angie's List Subscriber.

We have had four different ladies from Dana's Housekeeping since about September 2012. All four have done well. We prefer one consistent good worker, but due to illness and one screwup on part of the agency we ended up with three other ladies as substitutes; but, again, they all did good work and the price is much better than other cleaning services we have used in the past year and a half.

House was clean. Employee did not go out of way to do things that were not routine. Some things were not put back where they belonged, yet overall service was very good.

We called this place because we needed a house cleaner to help my wife once every couple weeks. Because my wife's name is Dana, we latched onto this place because it was Dana's housekeeping. They sent us a person named Carrie, and we've had her for at least a year and a half. She has been incredibly helpful. When there was something that needed to happen or something wasn't being done right, she was very receptive and helpful. She's very helpful, works very well with my wife, is incredibly personable and is great with our kids, and has always done a great job. We have been incredibly happy with her at our house, and we would recommend her to anyone.

.The associate has been with me since 1999. We always discuss what is needed to be done and she gets it done. She is always on time or calls if she is going to be late. She works quickly and efficiently. If I am not satisfied with anything, she will do it over to my satisfaction. I appreciate that she will listen to my suggestions and will follow through. When she was involved in a terrible accident, the substitute workers were always just as efficient and professional.

They were horrible, absolutely horrible. They wouldn't show up on time. It was always a different crew. They rushed through things. They didn't clean things all the time. It just was not consistent. I would call them and say, and ldquo;Where are the girlsand rdquo; and I would get no call back. I would get a call back the next day. You can't provide a service like that. The girls that came out were professional. I would never use them in the future.
