Cy has been tuning my pianos (I have had three) for over 25 years. He has always returned my phone calls, been prompt, and done a wonderful job on my piano. As a piano teacher I recommend it to all my students. They have also been pleased with his work. He is very honest, thorough and diligent in his work.

.Cy has been tuning my piano(s) for many years. I am very pleased with his work and, as a piano teacher, I recommend him to all my students. He is meticulous in his work and discusses the tuning and what is needed to keep my piano works in the best shape. He always returns my calls and is punctual I would not consider using anyone else.

Cy arrived within 5 minutes of the scheduled appointment time and got to work immediately. It had been 5 years since the last tuning so it took longer and cost more than it would have normally. I can tell when Cy has finished the job because he settles himself on the bench and plays something beautiful. He recommended a 2-year tuning schedule since the pianist in the family no longer lives at home. In the 15 years we have owned the piano, Cy is the only person we have brought in to tune it.
