CRESLEIGH HOMES OFFERED A GOOD HOME IN A GREAT LOCATION. I BELIEVE THEY COULD HAVE DONE A LITTLE BETTER ON THE OVERALL CONSTRUCTION. IT WAS A GREAT VALUE FOR THE LOCATION.
Description of Work: I PURCHASED AN INVESTMENT PROPERTY FROM CRESLEIGH HOMES. I WAS ABLE TO MAKE SEVERAL SELECTIONS ON WHAT I WANTED IN THE NEW HOME.

I DONT KNOW IF WE WOULD PURCHASE ANOTHER HOME FROM CRESLEIGH HOMES. WE HAD SEVERAL PROBLEMS WITH THE HOME. WE HAD A ROOF LEAK, A SAGGING ROOF AND SEVERAL OTHER MINOR PROBLEMS WITH THE HOME. THEY DID EVENTUALLY FIX THEM BUT IT WAS VERY INCONVENIENT.
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED OUR FIRST HOME IN CALIFORNIA FROM CRESLEIGH HOMES. WE WERE ABLE TO CHOOSE OUR LOT, OUR FLOOR PLAN AND MANY OPTIONS.

CRESLEIGH HOMES OFFERED A VERY COMPETITIVE PRODUCT. THE OPTIONS WERE SOMEWHAT LIMITED, BUT OVERALL A GOOD SELECTION. THEY RAN ABOUT THREE MONTHS BEHIND SCHEDULE. WE WERE SUPPOSE TO MOVE IN IN MARCH AND WE DID NOT GET TO UNTIL JUNE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER CLOSE WAS FAIR. I WOULD CHOOSE A DIFFERENT BUILDER NEXT TIME.
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED OUR HOME FROM CRESLEIGH HOMES. THEY BUILT OUR HOME AND INCLUDED LOTS OF OPTIONS. WE WERE ALSO ABLE TO CHOOSE OUR LOT.
