When we purchased our house, it had an existing patio cover. We had the backyard remodeled and always wanted to add on to our existing cover. I called Creative Patio for an estimate and could not believe the price so we signed the paperwork that day and had them come out and install the patio cover. Our installers were Serge and Daniel, they arrived on time, and they were done before I got home from work. I had three electrical outlets installed and a ceiling fan. They did a perfect job.
I had purchased to Coolaroo Patio screens for them to install but since I was not home, they didn't know where I wanted them. I called the office and they said it wouldn't be a problem to have someone swing by when I was home so they could install the shades. I happen to be working from home on 05/02/14 so Carlos and Alex came by and installed the sun shades. I absolutelylove my new patio cover, my only regret is that we waited to so long to have it done.
If you're thinking of having a patio cover installed, I highly recommend Creative Patio Works.

From the time of the estimate to installation was a more than a month...Quite awhile, but since we had given them a deposit we waited.

Installed the awning on 6/3/11 along with a wind sensor that is supposed to roll awning in if it gets very windy. The wind sensor, with cost an extra $200.00, did not work on day of installation. We were told that someone would come back out and fix/replace it. It is now 7/6 and nobody has contacted us. We have called them and are always told and quot;someoneand quot; will call us back. To date that and quot;someoneand quot; has not called and obviously we still have a useless wind sensor that cost us $200.00.

Creative Patio Awnings was recommended to us by an Angie's List contractor that we used for some landscaping work on a previous occasion. We called Creative Patio and they promptly sent a representative out. I believe the reps name was Manual Lopez. He measured our patio and gave us an estimate. The work was scheduled to begin in a week. The workers came out in the week scheduled and did an excellent job: they tore down the old patio cover and built the new patio cover in an organized, professional manner. They consulted us on the placement of the skylights and the wiring for a future overhead fan. The work took two and a half days. I am very pleased with their work.

This was a class A+ operation from begining to end! Alex was absolutely the best representative you could ask for. He was easy to work with, always promt on his appointments, answered ALL our questions, and knows his product. He knew what we wanted and really delivered a quality product. He worked with us to lower the price by cutting out things we didn't need. At last an honest representative (business is family owned) who will work with you from beginning to end. Installers knew what they were doing and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. If you are looking for a quality product from a great company this is it!
