Long lines, crowded, pushing. Normal environment at any Costco store.

They did charge for the hearing aid test which I thought was pretty good. You could buy their hearing aids. They have different good, better best type of hearing aids. They are always open whatever store hours. It's always noisy in there. Everything was good.

It is a bit cheaper but normally you can't get it the same day. It used to be my main one. You can handle things through the phone service. It is easy instructions and they will let you know when it's there and you could just show up and get it. They're not open 24 hours a day. They're really friendly.

In 15 years I've only run across one product I didn't like. On a rare occasion I've needed to return a product. They have never questioned a return or refused it.

My experience with them was pretty good, but it could have been better. The clarity of the video was not as good as the original.

We did not know what to expect; so, I would say we were satisfied with the results. We would use them again in the future.

I love Costco because they list their prices for the medications. I buy glasses, coffee, and many things at Costco. Their auto insurance was half of what I was paying at other places. They have an excellent return policy and I highly recommend them to anyone.

They were not professional in terms of the communication of getting the quote. Their quote was a little higher and was probably $5700 or $5800. The person came out and had to reschedule once and then, said he would provide the quote the same day. We had to call him back several days later because we hadn’t received the quote, so they did not provide what they promised in terms of getting the quote to us in a timely manner.

They did a really good job, and they were considerable cheaper than the other companies. They were willing to do only the countertops, rather than wanting to remodel our entire kitchen. We were happy and would use them again.

I ordered two titanium progressive pairs of eyeglasses, daily plus computer use. (I had an earlier titanium frame purchased in another city that had lasted at least 4 years without ever needing adjustment, and I liked that durability.) The staff were friendly and ready to help but they were unable to make the frames fit. They said that titanium was difficult to work with. I have worn glasses for 20 years and have never had to go back 4 times (as I did to Costco) because the glasses sat crooked on my face, skewed to one side to make nose hurt, dug into earlobes, etc. Each time I would arrive, wearing the glasses, and it was apparent to the staff that they did not fit. They would bend this and that and ask how I liked it. I would think maybe it's good enough and would leave only to not be able to wear the glasses. After 4 return visits I finally went to Lenscrafters in Arden Faire Mall and asked if they could adjust glasses I had purchased elsewhere. They had them fitting flawlessly in 5 minutes, no charge. It's been several days and the glasses are still fitting just fine. Maybe they were lucky, maybe it was chance, but I will go there next time for glasses and never again to Costco. For me, the overall experience was C: A for frames and lenses, F for inability to make them work = average of C.

It went great. The service was excellent from start to finish and the price was very reasonable. I am very happy with my glasses.
