Although he did fix the problem, it took 3 hours and cost $231. I didn't complain, but I did feel I had to pay for his inability to repair what he assured me was a simple problem when he started.

I THINK THAT THEIR SERVICE WAS EXPENSIVE BUT IT WAS WORTH IT. THEY DID A GREAT JOB FIXING THE COMPUTER BECAUSE IT WORKS BETTER THAN EVER NOW. I THINK THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

THE SERVICE ONLY TOOK TWO HOURS. I FEEL THAT THE TECHNICIAN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. HE EXPLAINED ALL OF THE STEPS TO US. HE WAS PERSONABLE AND PUNCTUAL. HE DID NOT MAKE US FEEL INFERIOR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST COMPANIES THAT I HAVE EVER USED. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND HELPFUL. I HAVE BEEN USING THEIR SERVICES FOR YEARS NOW, AND I WILL NOT CHANGE.
