+ -1 moreI needed help with an AC failure. The first answerer gave me a service number, 646-2210. I was put on hold for 15+ minutes. When I finally got an answer, it was "we're not taking any new calls this year." Thanks a lot!!

+ -1 moreTHEY SHOWED UP ON TIME & WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY HAD THE UNIT REPAIRED THE VERY SAME DAY. THEY WERE EXTREMELY KIND & FRIENDLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS WITH A/C PROBLEMS.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO REPAIR MY CENTRAL AIR UNIT, WHICH WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY.

+ -1 moreI HAVE THIS COMPANY COME TO MY HOME AND CLEAN OUT MY AIR DUCTS FOR MANY YEARS. THE MEN THAT SHOWED UP TO DO THE WORK PUT COVERS ON THEIR SHOES SO THEY WOULD NOT TRACK IN MY HOME.

+ -1 moreI PURCHASED A NEW FURNACE FROM THEM A YEAR OR SO AGO, I HAVE A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THEM SO THEY CAME RIGHT OUT AND FIXED THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. THEY WERE A REALLY GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT.
