Well, they were better than the last company. I have been with them for about a year. I am not happy with how much we have to spend. Like all internet companies they will keep raising the price a little bit and raising the price a little bit. Pretty soon you are all the way up there again. I don't like that. I think they can do better on their pricing. They are the best I have found that are out there.
nice professional attitude the person had when they came and set up my
system. They were even nice enough to make more cable for me to replace
some of my old co axial cables that I had.
I called Comcast and asked what they could do about this. Could they recommend a different plan? Did they have a plan for those over 60? I new they didn't, but it never hurts to ask. I was told to go to my local service center.
I took modem with me just in case, and went to my local service center. I asked about the various plans available, my monthly income and their yearly increases with no increase of services. There are no plans for those on the lower end of the economic scale. I asked what Comcast did for and quot;those people.and quot; He said in a very loud voice, and quot;IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT, YOU CAN'T HAVE IT.and quot;
That was end to Comcast. I had paid for the month ahead, as every customer does. I had him turn off my TV that very minute and credit my account.
I bought an HDTV and a $20.00 antenna = basic TV. I went with Frontier for Internet. $39.00/month 2 year contract and it works perfectly.
I will NEVER consider Comcast again, will NEVER recommend them. Comcast doesn't care about the customer, only their profits.
Their customer service is the worst ever, their outages are frequent and never credited. Comcast is everywhere but in my home.
I am not happy with the amount of money I pay Comcast every month for their services. It seems excessive to me.
