This is the second time I have dealt with Caldwell-Banker, The Jensen Team - specifically LORI SACCO. I was interested in buying a house that had been in foreclosure for over two years. The Bank finally decided to sell it and listed it "as is." I immediately called Lori Sacco, made an offer, and she submitted the paper work in a timely manner. A few days later the Bank changed their minds and decided not to sell it "as is". Therefore, I made an appropriate counter offer and they began work on all the code violations that needed to be taken care of. In the meantime, the Bank gave us a closing date and Lori helped me complete all the necessary paperwork so that we could close on the date given by the Bank. Unfortunately, the closing date had to be extended as the City required the Bank to wait 30 days before they could close. Lori was in touch with the Bank's real estate agent, the title company, and everyone concerned on a regular basis. When the deal finally closed, Lori was the one that contacted me to let me know when the papers had been recorded as the title company forgot to call me. This was important because the house was destined to be a rental and I needed to know as soon as it was in my name so I could begin workiing on it.
