Clean Site

Description of Work: Called them to come over and clean up after a shotgun suicide outside the home. Asked for a price range. They would only give me the minimum and it could be more after examining. We had to call back an hour later because they had not shown up yet and were told it would be 45 minutes. (It is midnight now). They come and examine. No surprise, it is more than they expected and would take 8 hours to clean. They would call at the half-way mark if it is more. They call at the half-way mark only to inform me they forgot (how they could 'forget' something like this is beyond me) to tell me there is a $200 biohazard disposal fee. I okay that. Well, the next day, the invoice now has 10.5 hours and not 8. I question that and said I was not told that it would be more than 8 hours and Allen Annane says they were there 10.5 hours. Nature of that business getting you when you are down, I write the check for the 10.5 hours, I have a suicide I'm thinking about and I just want the cleaning crew done with. Business card does not state an address, the contractor's license board only states this PO Box. A search on the web points their business points to 5835 Madison Avenue Sacramento, CA 95841 -- a Kentucky Fried Chicken! Professionalism given a D for charging me for more hours than I authorized but finished cleaning up missed areas, elsewise, I would have given professionalism an F.
