The first person I talked to on the phone got my computer up and running again after it crashed.He was very kind and knowledgeable as he guided me step by step. The service representative that came out to properly fix the problem was very competent and extremely helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. My computer is running a hundred times faster now and I feel secure that I can call on Ceniom any time in the future to help me with any computer problems.

I work from home and apparently my 2 home computers and laptop all got a virus on them, and my ISP cut off my Internet access until it was fixed. Ceniom spent 3 hours removing viruses and spywares from my computers and called my ISP for me! On time, competitively priced and very helpful.
