Tim Freed, the company owner, came within a day of my phone call and then very promptly to do the work himself.  He installed 2 contiguous lofts above each of our two single garage doors and 4 above the double door, giving us 256 square feet of storage.  (His usual installation is at the front of the garages, but our ceiling was high enough to accommodate lofts above the doors.)  Tim was meticulous about achieving proper support for the lofts and even relocated some of the garage door track supports at no extra cost.  He also cleaned up perfectly.  The white powder-coated metal frames and angle irons and the silver wire grids are attractive and incredibly sturdy.  Thin, inexpensive 4x8 sheets of white plastic that we added from Home Depot make the lofs easy and comfortable to crawl around and push boxes on, and they also conceal most of the stuff we have stored.  The entire installation is very safe, neat and professional looking. I highly recommend this product and installation for optimizing storage and appearance.
