CARPET GUY

We had a piece of carpeting that did not seem to fit where it should fit. We called Curtis and he responded quickly. He sensed our urgency and came the next day to install the carpet. He was friendly, very professional, and had the carpet installed in about an hour. I would highly recommend Carpet Guy!

Curtis did a good job. He called an hour before our appointment time to confirm and even offered to come EARLY! How often does that happen? He put in extra time and effort to get paint and plaster out of my carpet. The mess was left by a very careless handyman. Curtis is easy going and very accommodating. He is experienced, knowledgeable and fairly priced.

Curtis arrived on time and suggested a better strategy for dealing with our problem. He pulled up the stained carpet, treated with a special cleaning solution, replaced the pad, and set up a fan to dry the carpet. He returned (again on schedule) to relay the carpet. Looks great. Much better results than our idea to replace the stained carpet. Would recommend without reservation!

THEY WERE A FAST WORKING TEAM. THEY WERE RESPECTFUL AND VERY NICELY PRICED. THEY HAD A WIDE SELECTION OF CARPETS TO CHOOSE FROM. I AM SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR WORK.
