Water Softener Service
Once the tech showed up and costs could not be fully explained I sent him away. Communication was poor with main office and calls were not returned in a timely manner.

We called when we had a problem with the system. They were very slow to respond. It took over 3 months for them to get the part, which they charged $165. Within a week of replacement the alarm went off for the same part. They came back, but did the wrong service. I gave up & went on line, bought & replaced the part myself fo $65.
