After close of escrow we received a 2 year roof certification for work repairs done on the roof. Dennis was very responsive to a potential roof leak when I called him the 1st time. The 2nd time I had him come out with a roof leak during a storm, he came right away to check it out. He said he would be back to fix it. I didn't hear from him for 2 weeks so I called. The person I spoke to on the phone told me he had been out and fixed it. Although, I never saw him and never received any notice we was going to stop by. Now I have another leak, I called and haven't heard back and it's been 4 days.
He arrived today, couple days after above paragraph, and was very informative. I found out it wasn't the roof it was our adobe brick masonry cracks. I appreciated his visit and his diagnosis.
We are now one year into our 2 year roof certification and each time it rains we have a new leak in a new location. I called to inform them that our roof is still leaking and there was no response.
