We replaced my mother-in-law's roof (in Santa Cruz) completely, including new gutters, skylights, fasure boards etc. It was really on its last legs. We could not have had a better experience. Where other suppliers were slow to reply, Tony came back to us immediately. California Roof Technicians' quote was much, MUCH more reasonable than the other roofing contractors. He answered any questions we had about the details of the quote straight away. Staged payment: Paying the first half after initial inspection, tear-off and delivery of materials and the second half after final inspection was a very fair way of doing things. It gave us confidence from the start that we were dealing with a professional company. Tony went out of his way to ensure that we were kept informed as to what was happening. We needed to replace some of the plyboard under the shingles and instead of charging by the hour for each of the crew (which all other contractors had quoted) he charged us by the sq. foot. We were on a budget and it gave us the feeling that costs would not get out of control if anything unexpected happened. Not just cost but speed, efficiency, quality of workmanship, management and attention to detail were all incredible. Tony and his crew were also extremely neat and tidy and left the house and garden spotless (they even made regular sweeps with magnets to pick up every last nail). If ever I was going to recommend a roofing company, California Roof Technicians would be it. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Joe made suggestions and explained the pro and cons of the options. He offered more complete work and a warranty. I didn't feel pressured but informed after talking to him. I got 8 bids and he stood out above the rest.

Joseph was very pleasant and professional. He and his team repaired our roof and cleaned up when they were finished. They are prompt, quick. courteous and their cost is reasonable. They also provided a good warranty on the repairs. I would use them again.

I dealt with Tony in San Francisco. (so those other reviews may not be relevant.) They were fast starting and working the job. And they cleaned up the area, but didn't send any warranty etc info. But it was a leaking roof job. I wont know how good a job they did until it starts raining. Only then can I say it was worth the price.

Less than 2 hours ago, Joseph and his crew left from putting a new TPO Membrane Roof on my; backroom, carport, and front porch. I decided to go with California Technicians, Inc. because the owner, Joseph Delmaro, was very explicit in his contract of what he felt should be done. When presenting his contract, he wanted to make sure I understood what he was talking about and what he could find when he tore off the existing roof. I realized a couple of things Joseph and I talked about were not written in the contract so he added them and initialed them. Joseph and his crew were always punctual and I couldn't believe what hard workers they were. No goofing around, just 'Lets get this job done, and done right'. I was also pleased to see everything was so clean when they left. I would, and will recommend California Roof Technicians, Inc.

Joe and his crew did an excellent job. They were sensitive to my almost 100 year old house's needs, efficient, courteous and offered options of various repairs that could be made. Definitely recommend Joe and his crew!

Joe and his brother along with their crew did an outstanding job of replacing my flat roof and were extremely easy to work with through out the process. the job was very well done the clean up was complete and I would recommend these guys to anyone needing any kind of roof repair or replacement.

The service was provided promptly. They also returned promptly to take care of an area that needed correction. They even cleaned the patio cover which wasnâ t even part of the original bid. I found Joseph and his crew to be very professional and pleasant to work with.

Joseph came out the very next day after I had requested a roof technician to give me a bid for the roof of an AC platform that was getting rebuilt. The job was completed in one day, and we now have a waterproof AC platform with a 15 year warranty.

Joe and his team came out. Discussed options within my budget. They completed the work. They offered me a 5 year warranty on their work. 10 if I had agreed to additional work outside my budget. They let me make an informed decision on what work was done.

Job was to replace a flat roof on a small grocery store. Joe was very responsive when I had questions. He did a good job explaining what needed to be done. Work was completed in a timely manner. When unexpected problems came up, Joe knew how to solve them. Very happy with the job. Would recommend this company to others.

David Miller was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He led a team that pressure washed, did maintenance repair work, and then applied sealant on my metal roof. In addition, during the whole process, David discovered some unexpected repair work that needed to be done, and he took care of it at no extra charge.

David was able to schedule someone immediately and fixed my roof in that allotted time.
