CALIFORNIA OVERNIGHT

I came home and found the package at the bottom of my steps. I have called this company before and complained that packages were left in sight where people could just pick them up and walk off with them. I have a big porch where other companies leave them on my porch behind the porch wall where it cannot been seen from the sidewalk or street. I called customer service and the gal was very pleasant to talk with. She took a complaint report about the package being a the bottom of the steps near the sidewalk. I requested to speak with the delivery driver's supervisor. She said she would have him call me back in the next couple of days, which never did happen. I called her back again, since she gave me her personal extension number, and she forwarded another message to her immediate supervisor who then called me. I am not impressed with this company at all, except for the customer service gal I worked with.
