 + -1 moreMy experience with California Backyard and Sacramento Patio was horrible. I cannot imagine WHY California Backyard would send me to a company that they were having trouble with. What happened was that Sacramento Patio, Inc, and it's owner, Randy (never got a last name, now I know why) skipped town with my money and only gave me half of my product. I had a "shell" of an outdoor kitchen for over a year, until I could afford to buy the inserts again. That means I had to buy the inserts TWICE. I blame California Backyard for sending me to them when they knew there were problems. I will never shop there again, and encourage others to boycott California Backyard.
Description of Work: When I was planning to completely re-landscape the backyard, one of the things that I wanted was an outdoor kitchen. I saw the kitchen that I loved at California Backyard. Little did I know that it would end up being an expensive disaster. I was informed that the model that I had chosen had to be ordered through a company called "Sacramento Patio, Inc." Okay. James Roe of Sacramento Patio, Inc. came to my house and took measurements and I chose the inserts that I wanted placed into the shell. I paid 1/2 of the price down. When I began to have problems with Sacramento Patio, in terms of product building and delivery, I called California Backyard to ask about Sacramento Patio. I was told to call "Karen" at customer service (916) 543-1900. When I called, imagine my surprise when Karen told me that they had been having problems with Sacramento Patio and weren't going to use their services anymore.
