He threatened this lawsuit. I know he's just trying to put me off. It would be good for somebody to intervene with him because he is accusing me of malicious prosecution. I looked that up and you actually have to file a case and win it and those charges have to be proven. He claimed not to get a registered letter but it was not never returned to the lawyer's office. He assured me that there were no red flags after he did the home inspection verbally. He didn't look in the cabinets. When I had him come back he actually said to me that he didn't look in cabinets or pull out drawers. I said he is considered a home inspector and he didn't come for home inspection. I said he listed himself being that on the report.
