We didn’t think they did a very good job. The work took forever and we weren’t happy with the work. I wouldn’t recommend them or use them again. We did call them back one time to do some things he had proposed to do. He came back and did the work, but we still weren’t completely satisfied with the work. They were always late.

Excellent experience!  Was punctual for the estimate and gave what I thought to be a reasonable quote for the size of the job.  The outcome was fantastic.  My mother-in-law initially thought that the grout had been replaced and not just cleaned.  What I thought was exceptional was the professionalism (very easy to reach, courteous, and even called ahead when they were running just a little late) and the time spent in answering our questions about how best to care for our tile and grout afterwards.  They also have a money back guarantee if you are not entirely satisfied with the job done.  I was completely satisfied! 

One of the owners Chris Brown came to my house to give me an estimate. He gave me a binder full of information. He explained extensively of how their cleaning process works. They were very professional.

I called, left a message and a return call came promptly. An appointment was scheduled and exactly at the scheduled time Chris and Sean arrived. While Sean began a through vacuuming, Chris measured and gave me the quote. It was a very reasonable price for the service and there were 3 levels of service from which to choose. Chris told me they would be finished around 3:00pm and they were. When I walked into the house I was just amazed at how good the carpet looked. The color looked vibrant and new. I was able to let it dry overnight before moving the furniture back in place. They had placed foam blocks under the light furniture so there would not be marks on the freshly cleaned carpet. I have never been more pleased with a carpet cleaning company!

It went very good. They were very professional and they were good with follow up questions. I would recommend this company to others. The price was the same as the estimate.

I have used C&G for years and they have been extremely professional, courteous, and prompt. I have had carpets cleaned, ceiling fans cleaned, and ceilings cleaned. Chris and Gail are a pleasure to do business with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The last time my carpets were cleaned the whole job was done in 3 hours.

Just as described on Angie's List. Chris was professional and courteous. They gave us plastic booties and put all the furniture up on foam blocks as it dried. They explained the process thoroughly and even gave us a goodie bag with some information a scratch pad, candies and assorted info. Now I will always have Chris and Gail clean my carpets and furniture. My wife even plans on them cleaning our tile in both showers. I highly recommend their services; you will be so happy. It is such a pleasure to find a company that does as it advertises and follows through with it. Don't believe it when another cleaner comes in and says they can do it for under a $100 or less. You get what you pay for.

They came in and vacuumed the whole home, raked the carpet, then spot sprayed, then cleaned everything, then they raked it again. It looked like new carpet when they were done, and I had a lot of puppy stains. I was very impressed. They were really very professional and did a great job. I would definitely use them again. It was well worth the cost for the quality of work. I've used other cleaners before and nothing compared to this.
