+ -1 moreThey were very thorough and knowledgeable. They informed us that we did not need a full system replacement, and that it didn't even need to be cleaned. They believe that if something is broken and they can fix it that they should fix it as opposed to outright replacing it.
Description of Work: We had received a previous estimate that we needed to have a new furnace and duct work and we called them for a second opinion.

+ -1 moreFirst, the office sent a tech out to perform an evaluation of what parts and work we could expect. This was a free service. We didn't have the work done until about a year later and they had lost their paperwork in the meantime. They were willing to honor the price they'd quoted us previously, though. The tech was prompt and worked diligently on the roof. We were very grateful that we didn't have to replace the system and it is back in working order and has been running well. We appreciate their expertise and their knowledge. They were very professional and helpful.
Description of Work: Bos Sheet Metal replaced a lot of parts in a central heating and air conditioning system that is roof mounted. It hadn't really been working for about 3 years.
