We had to ask them to leave the apartment. I refused to pay them. They were suppose to do a deep clean and they didn't even do a base clean. I don't know what they were doing but they didn't do it well.

We do agree the cleaning should have been better preformed, and rest assured that the cleaner that provided service for you no longer works with us. From reviewing our records no charge was made for your cleaning and we did offer to have another cleaner preform the service as well as a free follow up.
