They had to have the lawn mower for a while since they were busy, but they got it done in the time they quoted. There were no problems and they offered a good service.

I brought my Honda lawn mower into Bliss on 02/24/2014 for seasonal maintenance and asked them to check a noise in the transmission. I was told when I checked it in that it would be about a week for them to complete service. A week came and went. In the interim I had to borrow a lawn mower to mow my own lawn, which was a bit of a pain. I made a couple of calls to check on the lawn mower at Bliss and was continuously delayed and was told they're working on it. I received a call from Bliss about the service and that they were unable to fix the noise in the transmission and if I wanted to replace it - it would be in the $300 range - I chose not to go that route. In the end, I don't think I'll go out of my way to use Bliss again. I think the service took way too long and the cost of the maintenance they did perform I think was too much.

I called and asked for a quote to have my honda mower serviced. I was told to bring it in and it would cost $85. I loaded it in my truck and drove to the store. When I got there the man told me the service would be $110. I asked why the change as I had just called and was quoted $85, he yelled at my and quot;LIARand quot; and began cussing and me like a sailor. Obviously I left the store and didn't have my mower serviced.
I was very disappointed as the place I have used in the past in on Auburn Blvd far from my house, this was close to home but the service is horrible. They are very dishonest. I don't know the guys name, but he looked like a skinny Jesus (long hair and long beard).

Lawn mower was running sluggish, difficult to start. The lawn mower after repairs works great. I appreciate the technicans attention toi details in making my lawn mower back to peakmrunning and grass cutting. Also, Bliss

called to inform me carbureator needed tomben replaced and i autorized replacement over the phone.
Bliss give ecellent customer service.
