BERKE DOOR & HARDWARE INC

A contractor working on a remodel for us picked up the doors after we paid for them by credit card over the phone. When we looked at the doors that night, we realized that they did not match the other doors in our house and did not look like the door in the photo. When I called "Roy" to tell him that the doors were not what we had ordered, he was rude and unprofessional. He said Berke had no use for the doors and asked, "What do you want me to do with them? Throw them in a landfill?" He said he would look into the matter and get back to me. When more than a week went by with no response from him, my husband called Eric Berke and explained the situation. "Eric" said he would have to talk to "Roy" and then would get back to us. After not hearing from Mr. Berke in a week's time, I called and left a message for Edwin Berke. Later that day (today), Eric Berke called my husband. He refused to admit any fault or offer any concessions, basically saying we would have to eat it.
