Benton Garage Doors

Mike was great.

He is friendly, knowledgeable, honest and professional. The price for the work that was more than fair. I'm so grateful I called him! Benton Garage doors was recommended highly by an acquaintance. Mike answered my call and came over right away to take a look, even though it was the end of the day. He came back exactly at the time promised the next morning with equipment and supplies and got the whole thing back in working order in a little over an hour!

Mike Benton is the best, very professional, efficient, awesome quality work, cleaned up after himself.  Taught us how to use the new door.  No bad language, very polite, on time!

I called Mike after my garage door came off its track. He answered the call himself and said he could come out later that day. He called to tell me when he was on his way. The track had come lose from the garage frame and the garage rollers came out of the track. He repaired the track and got the rollers back where they should be.

On Saturday the garage door opener hummed but didn't open the door so I called Mike with the idea that I'd get in line for a Monday visit. To my surprise he answered on Saturday and said he'd come over after he finished the job he was on at the moment. He arrived in the afternoon and said the opener was old when he'd started his business almost 30 years ago. The diagnosis was replacement which seemed reasonable to us. We also asked him to replace the old metal rollers with nylon rollers. Mike returned the next Tuesday (as agreed) and replaced the opener and rollers in about 2 hours for exactly the amount he'd estimated. Mike has serviced our garage door a couple of times prior to this and we've always been happy with his work.

The garage door opener arm came apart from the garage door. I called several companies for estimates. Mike Benton had the best price range and I liked the way he sounded on the phone. He came out the same day. He was able to use most of my existing parts and fix the unit at the lower price he had estimated on the phone. He checked out the entire door, not just the main problem I had called about. He explained what he was doing and showed me some simple maintenance I could do to prolong the life of my garage door. Mike Benton is the owner and does all the repair work. I could tell he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality and value and will use him again.

He came out very quickly and did an excellent job. I was very impressed with the work and I would recommend them to anyone. They were on time, friendly, and answered all of my questions. They are thorough and professional as well. The price was reasonable and the work was done well.

My door wasn't coming down more than a few inches unless I held down the button on the wall the whole time. The fellow at Benton told me he could come out and fix it for $65 or I could clean the cobwebs off the sensors on the tracks near the floor myself. I chose the later and it now works fine. He did a great job over the phone and didn't charge anything. What could be better!

THE MAN THAT DID THE WORK WAS VERY GOOD. IT ONLY TOOK HIM A COUPLE OF HOURS TO PUT UP THE TRACKS AND THE DOOR. WE HAVE NOT HAD A SINGLE PROBLEM WITH THE DOOR.
