We hired Richard to work on some of the more technical projects we needed done for our recently purchased older home. We were so lucky we came across him! He is a wealth of knowledge in all home repair, building, maintenance, electrical, and more. Every project we needed work on, he knew how to navigate it with ease. He responded quickly whenever we had questions or another project for him to tackle. He was very upfront about pricing and gave us reasonable estimates for the work that needed to be done. Our electrical system was complicated and he knew exactly what was needed. He installed outlets for us, and helped us with our full Solar and sub-panel installation. We needed a window put in, and he framed it, rewired our electrical in the wall, and did drywall. We couldn’t recommend him more, as we will continue to hire him for our seemingly endless project list. His work is very high quality, and you can really tell that he enjoys what he does as well.
