This would have been a glowing review had they actually completed the job as quoted. They cut all the trees, hauled the wood and removed the stumps in the front yard. However, they did not remove any of the stumps in the backyard! I called and they told me that they couldn't fit their equipment through my backyard gate (which is a normal, 38" gate by the way) to do the stumps in the backyard. The bottom line is that they didn't scope the job up front to know that they needed to bring a stump grinder that would fit through that gate (I can rent one from Home Depot!) and they just weren't willing to come back. They took $250 off the overall price but it will costs me a lot more than that to have the five remaining stumps removed. Very disappointed.
