Azteca Drywall did this work as part of my kitchen remodel, which completely gutted and rebuilt the room. Their work took three days, and the result is clearly very high quality; the walls are smooth as silk. However, the texturing phase produced huge amounts of very fine dust that made it through the plastic barrier and into the adjacent rooms. It took forever to clean up. I don't know what drywall work is usually like, but I suspect the dust is always a problem. I just wish they had taken more care to seal off the work area. If you can make sure that happens, you'll probably be quite satisfied.
