They've done a very good job. They arrived on time when they said they would, which is important to me. They also called ahead of time to say that they were on their way, which was very helpful. They were very reliable. They talked to other people, if there were concerns that they couldn't answer themselves. We felt very comfortable with them. I would use them again. I thought the work was fine.

They called first thing the next morning to schedule an appointment and even had openings for that morning, but I had to put it off until a few days later due to my work schedule. They sent a text showing me when my technician would arrive. He was even a few minutes early for our scheduled window! Alonzo was very professional and personable. He took the time to explain exactly what to look for and what to do if I noticed it again. It turned out that it worked fine when he was here, but it was nice to have the peace of mind that everything was working correctly and to have the information for what to do moving forward. I am very happy with my experience and would definitely use them again if I have any other appliance problems!

Ken Thomas quickly analyzed the problem as a faulty control panel. He left to get the replacement part and was back within the hour. , instead of the usual " you need a new part, we have to order it ....... back in 2 weeks " that is the response from many other technicians. He was very personable, professional and most importantly, on time. They even have a system that enables the customer to track their vehicle as they drive to your appointment. I was very impressed with the whole service from first call to completion of the job. I highly recommend this company and would definitely call them for any repair in the future.

Their name describes their service, just Awesome. I had contacted several other repair companies, but Awesome was the only one that immediately returned my call, scheduled a visit for the same afternoon, and performed the repair in a timely, courteous and professional manner. Although the initial assessment was that the pump needed replacement, Alonzo checked the tubing going to the pump first. As he suggested might be the problem, there was a quarter (actually two quarters), stuck in the evacuation pipe, preventing the pump from evacuating the inner drum of our Samsung washing machine. By performing that simple check, Alonzo saved us over a hundred dollars to replace the pump. Thanks Alonzo for your experience, insight and honesty. We can sincerely and enthusiastically recommend Awesome Appliance Repair for their timeliness, responsiveness, and integrity. We will certainly use them again.

they quickly analyzed  the problem- a faulty computer board that didn't turn on the freezer  defrost - ordered it for day after install-  part didn't come in with shipment so they went to the distributor personally and retrieved the part for an on-time delivery/install -  they were early at each appointment -  service that definitely lived up to their name!

Professional and punctual. The installation was done quickly, and Alonzo double checked everything before he left. He gave some great tips and info on using the new unit. He was very neat and careful. Although our landlord paid for the service, we would definitely use them in the future if we were footing the bill.

From the moment that I spoke to Cynthia when I made the appointment I knew I was in good hands. Daniel arrived on time and was extremely personable and knowledgeable! He took the time to explain dos and don'ts! Checked out my dryer , as it wasn't during as efficient as I would like. Pulled out a lot of lint that had been collecting outside in the vent. Replaced the boot and checked operations to make sure there was no more leaking. I am highly impressed with Awesome Appliance Repair, and would use them once again should I need their services!!!

The problem was diagnosed quickly and the part replaced.  There have been no problems since then.

The dishwasher had been leaking for a while and there was water damage and a messy area under the sink. The repairman vacuumed with a wet vac under the sink and mopped up the dirt there and cleaned the towels up, too. He double checked his work and ran the washer to be sure everything was running well. He was courteous and very professional. Stellar work!

The technician Alonzo came out to our home and diagnosed the problem with no difficulty.  He fixed it and even told us about other items that were going bad but are not broken at this time.  We were very happy with their professionalism and honesty.  We will definitely call them if we need other repairs.

Ken actually came early because it was a refrigerator problem and everything was defrosting.  He had it fixed and was out the door before the actual sceduled time.  Amazing!

I have home shield product insurance so the last time they came I paid them only basic amount. I would highly recommend them because they are very efficient. They are fast workers because they found the problem right away and went right to it. They were very respectful. They were number two in Angie’s List so I went to them and was very impressed with them. I don’t have anyone to compare their prices with.

cost was based on home warranty service call price--repair persons came in to determine part needed and came back later that day to make repair, which was done correctly.

They were friendly and helpful. There were on time, did a good job and I had no problems with the repairs at all. I would use them again in the future.
