Owner (Raul Romo) is kind, immensely knowledgeable, very fair in pricing, and work is always done perfectly. I have never had a need to question his work. I just had him check the roof after tree trimming a 150 year old oak with many limbs landing on the brittle lightweight cement tile. Raul said there was no damage. Then, his immense friendliness caused him to tell me where we could see problems with our 20 year old roof and where it would appear, and why it could happen, but he emphasized "let's not borrow trouble - nothing needs to be done now". As a retired guy myself, I loved understanding how to understand where a leak will come through and where to look for its cause. I would not consider calling anyone besides Mr. Romo and Atlantis Roofing.

So far, so good. But we haven't seen a lot of rain yet. They were very professional and promptly repaired the roof. During the free estimate, he made an interim repair of one of the slipped tiles until his crew was able to do the entire job. That was nice. There were a few tiles that I found subsequently that were still out of their proper position (but they may have slipped subsequent to the repair(?)).

My neighbors were repainting their houses and the painters informed them of dry on their roof overhang. Since our houses are similar and about the same age, my neighbor passed along the information to me. I called Atlantis roofing and they came out the next day inspected the roof and said I had four areas that needed repair and received an estimate of $1200. The work was scheduled for the Friday of the same week and was completed that same day. I had to leave before they were finished but they offfered to e-mail me pictures of the completed work if I wished. When I returned I noticed an area of warped overhang that I thought they did not repair. I called them immediately and they returned the same day. It turned out that we had looked at this area during the estimate and it was decided it did not need to be repaired, but they offered to stay and repair it. By then it was 4:30 and it was agreed to do the work the next workday. Despite the fact that it was my misunderstanding of which areas would be repaired, they repaired the warped area and would not accept payment. I think their commitment to customer satisfaction is extremely rare in today's marketplace and deserves special recognition.

I called to book an appointment and was able to get a convenient time on a Saturday. I received an email confirmation that included a picture of Joe so I would know who to expect at the appointment. Atlantis does background checks and drug testing on all their employees. Joe arrived on time and explained what he was going to do and got to work. During the inspection he moved around tiles and inspected the felt underlay material and of course took lots of pictures to illustrate the damage. At the end of the inspection he explained their service/repair policy and on Monday we had our report with pictures and an estimation of the cost to repair broken down in sections in case we wanted to do the repair in stages.
We had a great experience and I would not hesitate to use Joe for our repairs if we get the house we are trying to purchase.

I think they did their work and did fine but I can't see it because it is above the roof. They seemed professional. I would recommend them. The grey area was that they came out to do the quote then they were not available for two weeks so had to wait.

They did a pretty great job. They went up, inspected, took pictures and told us about problems we weren't aware of. They added some extra venting as well. They also do a yearly maintenance check to blow off the roof and clean gutters for an additional charge and we'll likely be contacting them for that in a couple months.

Joe Peterson (Sales) was very professional and was not at all high pressure. However, he did spend a significant of time explaining the process and answered all my questions.
Day 1- removed gutters, damaged facia and pulled back three layers of tile which exposed some wood rot on the plywood under lament.
Day 2- New facia board (20ft x 12 x 2) was attached).Replaced tile on roof edge
Day 3-Repaired and replaced broken tiles on roof.
This company has a 100% satisfaction guarantee with no surprises. They went above and beyond by repairing items that were not even documented on the contract.

From the initial inspection through to the final report, the owner was very clear about what work needed to be done, how it would be completed, and the 3-year guarantee on their work. Every step was clearly explained, along with photo documentation of the entire job. Workmen were also very neat, thoughtful, and conscientious, and finished the job in 1 day. Since the estimate was actually less than I had feared, I feel the price was fair, to guarantee the roof is in the best possible condition. I highly recommend Atlantis Roofing to anyone.

The job went really well. Raul is the owner and he's very knowledgeable and very helpful. His crew did great work. They did not cause any problem for my wife while she was here. They just did their work and they did it quickly. I can say that they did it right. They really did a terrific job. Raul had actually worked about 10 years before that as a supervisor for another company that installed my original roof. It's a cedar shape, concrete look roof and he's very familiar with that type of roof. He gave me a good price to replace all of the valleys in my roof. Only one of them was leaking at the time, but I figured that if that one had a problem the others might develop one soon as well. I upgraded the flashing and he found the same type of shingles that was very close to the make. In other words, he found the others that were very closely matching. Everything looks great now and I'm hoping that it should work great for many years to come. It was a great experience that I had with him. He's very reasonably priced too. I had another company do some work for me and somebody else had suggested that for the work that they had done, I might actually have to have some of the shingles of the house removed so that the repair person could get up to the fascia that needed to be replaced. I called Raul from Atlantis and he came over and he said that it's really better not to mess around with the roof and he didn't think that I needed to have the shingles removed. He told me that I could find a good handyman and I ended up using Angie's List to find one. Wanting the job so much, he didn't do it. He just gave a good advice asking me not to mess around with my roof as it would be very expensive. He didn't think that the roof needed to be touched in order to get the fascia replaced. He was very honest and knowledgeable and gave me good advice in that regard. I was really happy about that. I would use him again in the future if need be.
