Though they responded promptly once I placed a service request through my home warranty company, there was zero follow-up. A stopped up kitchen sink and backing-up dishwasher. Artley had difficulty snaking through the outside access. According to him, the pipe under the sink leading to the clean-out was installed incorrectly and had to be repaired prior to any interior snaking work. He also informed me it would be necessary for a tear-out of drywall and some cabinetry under the sink and that the warranty company would not pay for that portion, which I understood.
