I had a mirror custom-cut for mounting above a bathroom vanity which required new framing. Artistic Edge offered great service by calculating exactly what dimensions I would need for the mirror allowing for the final measurements of the framing so that the piece fit correctly over the vanity. They helped me identify the best frame to suit the decor. They don't cut glass, so that was done by another vendor. I took the final cut glass piece back to them and they completed the framing within two weeks. The framing was flawlessly assembled, including finishing off the back with foam core board, paper and mounting hardware. I intend to bring all of my framing needs to them in the future. They are also very competitively priced.

Overall I was very pleased with the results. I was looking to frame our first piece of real art, all previous purchases being do-it-yourself jobs for posters and the like. So I really wanted this to look good. I compared the price for what I was looking for at Michael's and even with their and quot;40% off saleand quot; they were only a little bit cheaper. Plus, Michaels did not have the combination fillet with linen mat I was looking for. So I ended getting a Gold frame with a coved linen mat and a gold fillet. It looks wonderful.
But let me tell you the best part. One of the true measures of a good company to deal with is how they deal with adversity/picky customers. Actually, I'm not picky, but when they brought the frame out I could see a shadow in the linen mat created by a small flaw. In a perfect world they would have caught this and taken care of it on their own before calling me and saying it was ready. But, when I saw it - all I said was - and quot;this flaw is not acceptable.and quot; I could see them thinking about how to respond, and I think they were thinking I was being picky, but it was wrong, and this was supposed to be a premium product. They said the only thing a quality company could say, and quot;we'll fix it.and quot; They did - and it turned out beautiful.
So yes, I will go there again. So should you.

I was shopping around for a new custom frame shop, since I was unhappy with the last place I had framing done. Apart from price, frame selection was the most important consideration. I was trying to find just the right frame for a vintage black and white etching with very full margins. Given the overall size of the paper, I knew I would be paying a premium price. I was pleasantly surprised by the large assortment of frames they had available, and the assistant was helpful in presenting a variety of matting options once I had the frame selected. I ended up choosing double matting with reverse bevel cut and a black fillet (thin interior liner frame) with anti-glare conservation glass. The result was perfection! I am so pleased with the look of the etching. In addition, the price came out below what I was expecting to pay, the staff were helpful, and the job was done two days early. Their shop also has a gallery space with works from local artists on display, and on Second Saturdays they have special events and receptions. I was very pleased with the experience, the more so after I got a thank-you note in the mail for my business. My girlfriend has since taken pieces there for framing, and I will be heading over again the next time I have framing to be done.
