They were on time and called, as promised about 20 minutes before arriving. They went to work promptly. They paid good attention to stains and other issues. They freshly mixed chemicals to deal with cat urine and stains. I had this service done by others and based on that, the price charged by Arrow was quite reasonable.

Scheduled a date and time that was convenient for me. They arrived as scheduled. I had moved the smaller pieces of furniture. They moved the larger couch and chair. He cleaned some stained spots and then did the carpet. Also cleaned my cushions after testing for potential fade. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats and live in the country with a lot of dirt & mud. The carpet looked like new when finished. I've used this company for 3 years, scheduling about every 6 months. I've had the same good, reasonable sevice every time. One time the stain he cleaned resurfaced and he came back out and pleasantly got rid of it.
