Our managers are on hand to assist you in any way possible. Our units range in size from small 5’x5’s to large 10’x30’s. Maybe you’re a student or in the military and on the move, or maybe you just want to see your garage floor again. We may have the storage solution you need! Our wide and unobstructed aisles, make pulling up to your storage unit a breeze. We also offer hand dollies and flatcarts to help with moving things into your new unit. Armor Mini Storage is active in both, the Citrus Heights and Carmichael Chambers of Commerce as well as a local neighborhood task force. Armor believes in assisting in the community. Armor has partnered with an e-waste recycling company and is an official Green Spot Drop-off location for electronic items that can no longer be disposed of in the trash and landfills. This service is offered free of charge as a service to the community. Funds are then returned to local schools from the recycling company. We also sell moving supplies, packing material, boxes and tape. If you need to store a vehicle, we have parking spaces for a variety of vehicles, including RVs, boats, and cars of all sizes.

THEY WATCH WHEN YOU DO NOT KNOW THEY ARE WATCHING. ONE TIME I FORGOT TO LOCK MY DOOR. THEY CALLED ME. I WENT OVER AND THEY MET ME TO CHECK AND BE SURE EVERYTHING WAS ALRIGHT. THEY HAVE A LIVE-IN MANAGER. THEY HAVE REASONABLE ACCESS TIMES DURING THE DAY AND EARLY EVENING. THE PREMISES ARE WELL LIGHTED.
Description of Work: OVER THE YEARS, WE HAD THE NEED FOR STORAGE WHEN CARING FOR OUR ELDERLY RELATIVES. WE FOUND OURSELVES WITH NO ROOM IN THE GARAGE. THIS LAST YEAR I RETIRED AND NEEDED TO CLEAN MY HOUSE. THE PROBLEM IS THAT I DID NOT HAVE ROOM TO WORK. THE SOLUTION WAS TO RENT A 5X10 SPACE TO STORE MY SEASONAL TREASURES. AFTER 40 YEARS OF MARRIAGE WE HAVE BOXES OF CHRISTMAS AND OTHER HOLIDAY DECORATIONS. THESE ARE STORED WHERE I CAN GO OVER FROM MY HOUSE. I HAVE A CARD THAT LETS ME IN. THE PLACE IS NEAT AND CLEAN. THE PLACE HAS RULES TO AVOID BAD SITUATIONS.
