They did a great job, they are very detailed in their work. They are tenting and going to fumigate the house next week.

They came in to do the pest inspection before i bought my home. They got there really early before the scheduled time. they were upset that no one was there. I had to reschedule the appointment. They didn't tell me when I rescheduled that there would be another $95 fee. This is after charging me for the first visit when they were there for a total of 10 minutes. When I said I wasn't going to pay for the first visit they said they would put a lein on my house. I felt this was very inappropriate since they didn't explain the extra fee in the first place. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this situation. They lied in their response to them. The manager was the one that was awful to deal with. Everyone else was fine.

I noticed subterranean termites in my garage. Arden came out the same day and confirmed that is what I had, explained how they eradicate them, the product they would use and the cost. I had two additional estimates done. All companies used the same product and method. This one was by far the least expensive and gave the longest guarantee. They also included two annual inspections in their price. I selected them, they showed up on time, did the job and left. So far no termites. One note, one of the workers drilled a little close to a water line. The foreman noticed it and let the worker know to keep further away from the lines in the future. No harm done here, but good idea to make a check around the house before any company leaves. These people did good work and I'm a happy camper.

SERVICEMEN WERE THOROUGH, FRIENDLY AND PUNCTUAL. THEY WENT UNDER THE HOUSE AND DRILLED HOLES TO ENSURE ALL AREAS WERE COVERED. OFFICE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEIR PRICE WAS REASONABLE AFTER RECEIVING THREE COMPETITORS ESTIMATES.
