First of all, this was a FTD Order. I was surprised to get a delivery at such a late hour. The quality of the arrangement was the worst I have ever received from any florist. It looked like everything was just stuffed in the vase. There was nothing artistic or professional about this arrangement. Such poor quality. There were 15 stems for "large" flowers, and some of the stems were as short as 6 inches and the tallest just under 10 inches.. All the ferns and misc. greens were actually just "sfuffed" into the vase. There were 3 roses that were already turning brown at the tips, and quite a few leaves on the flowers were torn. The arrangement did not compare to the picture and this was supposed to be the "Best" choice at the higher price. I was heartbroken that my son spent the money he did for this Mothers Day gift, I did not have the heart to tell him how bad the quality was. I called the florist the next morning and they said they were so backlogged, working until 2a.m., but would be glad to replace it, possibly on Sunday, but by Monday for sure. They didn't come Monday, so I called on Tuesday. Different story. Said they had a lot of replacements to do, but because Mothers Day was over, the delivery people were now on a "Flexible" schedule, and would deliver when they could fit in a schedule, but would be by Wednesday for sure. I left the arrangement outside for the exchange all this time. It is now 10:30 Wednesday night, and there is still no replacement. I am left with the impression that their phone rep will just say anything to get the customer off the phone asap, with no intention of commitment. I will report this to FTD as well as the Better Business Bureau. This is unacceptable service.

Beautiful fresh, fresh flowers that arrived on time and were much better looking then the picture.... And that never happens!!
