WARNING this place is Horrible. As in "Run Forest Run" kind of Horrible The owner, Sid promised me he knew how to interface the steering wheel controls on my truck, I asked him twice before I purchased the system. He then charged me $1325 for a system too advanced for him to understand. 1st they didn't connect the FM antenna. They drilled a hole in my dash for a USB port and then left the factory USB disconnected. They could not get the Steering Wheel Controls to work even after I printed out the instructions from the factory. The back up warning alarm "Park Sense" did not work. They disconnected the factory SeriusXM antenna and added a second antenna on my roof "WHY??" After going in 4 times for Arden Audio to correct their mistakes the owner Sid refused to make repairs - "see you in court Buddy" The people next door at Wienerschnitzel said this happens all the time and people are out in the parking lot yelling at the owner over the crappy installs. Even Sid's own employees, the installers said it happens way too often. Also when I was in there show room people were bringing their cars in asking for Arden Audio to fix the mistakes
