When the tub was installed in September of 2013 the bubbles didn't work. The airline was repaired but only half of them worked. Then the water pump for the jets has failed. They do no answer their phone calls and their message says they will return our call within the hour. We have received no responses to our repeated phone calls and messages . They finally returned an email to our General Contractor stating that we had to send any complaints to them via registered mail. We have yet to receive any response to our letter. I wonder how they remain in business.
