They had a good selection of appliances. Sales and delivery were very straightforward and handled professionallly.

I always use used appliance places for my appliances. I searched out 3-4 stores. I went to the stores offering a warrenty. I went here last and wish I would of went here first. They have huge selection and their prices were as good or better than the other stores. The selection was not comparable because they have an enourmous selection. I am very statisfied. They offer a warrenty. They had to come out a few days after delivery to fix the ice maker. They had to change the plug on the dryer and had to make a seperate visit for that. While they were there the fridge did not come with a water filter and when at the house for the dryer they installed the filter we purchased and they installed for our convience. All in all they have had to come out and make sure that the appliances worked and they did a great job. For the money the appliances are top of the line brand and I think I got my money's worth. Everything has been great. I would definetly go back to them.

They were helpful, they checked the appliance to make sure it was in working order before we took it home; they loaded it on the truck bed and provided a water filter for it. They warranty all labor for as long as you own the appliance. You pay for parts. On fridges they do not warranty compressors because once they go in a fridge, you might as well buy a new unit. A family owned business. It looks like a great place to buy washer and dryer sets too. They give a 10% discount if you pay cash.

Referred to AW by my sister and brother in law. Had a dryer that was acting up and a washer that's on its way out...Called AW and spoke with an extremely knowledgeable gal. The knew EXACTLY where I was coming from, have the right kind of appliances there in their store that we'll need when it's time to buy, and were HONEST about repairs vs. replacing. As it turns out, the dryer is hanging on still, but we've already decided that we'll be buying from AW when it's time. I have heard nothing but good about them, they impressed me greatly when we spoke, and my family won't go anywhere else either. Will post info about our purchasing experience when it's time.

At first we were overwhelmed by the number of washers and dryers and not really knowing what to expect, but it turned out well. They offer a 10% discount coupon you can get by going to their website and printing it.

I can't believe how great of an experience this was. We arrived at their store at 10 AM on a Sunday morning, and found our refrigerator about 5 minutes later. The employees were not hovering, but allowed us to browse, asked if they could help, and let us be. When we were ready, we told the sales staff which one we wanted and she wrote up the ticket. Due to a prior cancellation, we were able to have our new fridge delivered within 3 hours! The delivery man arrived about 15 minutes into our 3 hour delivery window. He had to remove the two fridge doors so that it would fit through our front door. He quickly reattached them and made sure to correctly hook up our water hose, which included turning off the main water. He was prompt, courteous, and was not in a mad rush to dump the fridge and take off. All in all, everyone we dealt with was very professional. I will definitely be using them again for our future appliance needs.
