Appliance Brothers

I originally came in contact with this company on their ad posting on Craig’s list last year. I bought a freezer for my mom for $179.00 off of their ad. It appeared to be a decent price. It was used and they assured me it was in excellent condition. A few months later the freezer broke down. The company offers lifetime free labor and that is what attracted me to the freezer to begin with. I guess I got what I paid for. The guy came out and installed a part in the freezer and charged me $98.00. The freezer still did not work. I also wanted to mention the personnel within the company is not professional. They talk really fast and rushed through the call. Not impressed. At times they were kind of short and rude. I re-contacted the company and the guy on the phone abruptly stated they will just refund my money and not hassle with trying to fix the freezer. He also agreed to come out and pick up the freezer. I received a refund of the money for part but the company no showed for the appointment to pick up freezer. Never called or anything. I would caution anyone doing business with them to be careful and do thorough research of this company before doing business with them. They were very friendly when we bought the freezer from them but changed when we needed service on freezer. We learned a lesson a costly one and will only deal with local retail stores now when it comes to major appliances.
