My only hesitancy with giving this company an "A" rating is the price. I did not shop around so do not know how their price holds up against similar companies. Before having the rest of my home painted, I will get some other quotes. If their product lives up to its sales pitch, I will be fully satisfied with this company and the product used. One other comment I have to make is that I am surprised by a former customer's dissatisfaction with this company. He was very displeased with all but the product. Perhaps this company cleaned up their act after his review but my experience was totally different from his.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AT MAKING SURE NOT TO BREAK ANYTHING IN MY HOME. THE PRICING WAS GOOD FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT WAS DONE. THEY DID NOT TAKE TO MUCH TIME TO COMPLETE THE JOB.

THEY DID NOT SEAL OR PUT DOWN ANY CAULK AROUND THE BOTTOMS OF THE HOUSE OR THE WINDOWS. I HAVE A LIFETIME GUARANTEE WITH THEM, BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET THEM TO COME OUT AND FIX ANYTHING. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

I THINK THAT THE PRODUCT WAS FINE. THE COLOR WAS WRONG AND THEY ARGUED WITH ME ABOUT IT. I STARTED COMPLAINING BEFORE I PAID AND THEY DIDN'T FIX IT. I'M STILL NOT SATISFIED. THE WORKERS WERE OKAY, BUT THE OWNER DIDN'T COMPROMISE WELL.
